The Disclaimer

Hello! This is my first post and I thought it would be best to set the record straight. I am not a personal trainer, I do not have a sporting back ground as such, if I get the name of any of the work outs wrong I am sorry, most of my tips will be taken from respected online sources for example Mens Fitness. If you have any advice or equipment you no longer need let me know and if this blog makes you for any reason loose the will to live then please continue reading :D.
